Every sale is different so we make sure to use our pricing strategy in order to turn the highest profit for the seller! 

Below Market Pricing Strategy

Some may price a home well below market value in an attempt to gain many offers and have the power of choice. Based on market research, this is not recommended. Using this method, the client almost always loses out on potential profit. If we bring our clients 30 offers in 12 hours, we haven't done our job.

At-Market Pricing Strategy

We can price the home at market value. This is a solid strategy and will produce good results with minimal time on the market.

Reach Pricing Strategy

We also commonly price homes above market value. We often use this strategy for good reason. We completely stage, decorate, and professionally market homes. They not only sell for more, but they appraise for more. We also create worksheets for appraisers so they get a solid view of the investment our client has made in the home and what properties we have seen that have sold for the reach price. The higher sold price translates into higher profits for our clients.
